Returns Policy


We really hope you are happy with your purchase from us but sometimes there maybe a problem so this is what we do:-

Faulty items: We package carefully but if the item has been damaged in transit or, indeed, is faulty in some other way, such as maybe a mistake in any personalisation, we will refund (including your postage) or replace according to your wish. All we ask is that you contact us and then return the item by second class signed for, unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

We will process your refund directly within 30 days at the very latest once the product has been received subject to our Terms and Conditions.
